- Company pays 100% of the screening costs.
- Employee pay 100% of the cost, while company guarantees certain level of participation.
- Screening costs are split between the employees and the company at a percentage level determined by company.
- Screening certificates are available for those employees that would like to be screened but cannot make the scheduled screening date or work at alternate locations.
