FULL TIME AND PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES:
Fast growing company with great opportunity for
growth. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer
service and organization skills, and must be detail
oriented. Sales Representative will set-up health
screenings at community organizations and corporations
through the use of cold/warm calling techniques
and provided leads. Develop and nurture relationships
with the intention of gaining long-term working
partnerships. Educate local groups about the benefits
of health screenings through educational workshops.
Manage a sizeable territory, meet weekly and/or
monthly goals, and have the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:
|
- Identify potential host site partners
through knowledge of the territory, area contacts,
and call upon numerous community organizations such
as churches, corporations, and community centers within
territory in an effort to set-up a health screening
event.
- Effectively manage prospect list,
zip-code regions and follow-up within territory.
- Visit each established host site
to confirm site meets necessary standards, ensure
comfortable working environment for Ultrasound teams,
and to develop/nurture the host site relationship.
- Follow-up with screening sites
to ensure availability of site on the designated time
and date, and to nurture the relationship.
- Meet weekly and/or monthly screening
and revenue goals including minimum revenue requirements
and continue to prospect new sites with the goal of
scheduling events 3-6 months in advance.
- Work autonomously from a home
office. (if applicable)
- Identify target groups within
the community or organization to provide a Wellness
Workshop that will help educate the community and
drive sales. Meet goals for Wellness Workshops provided
and sign-ups.
- Speak effectively in public in
front of groups ranging from 10-100 people.
- Participate in weekly and monthly
sales meetings and/or provide written reports to track
progress.
- Attend mandatory meetings and conferences.
- Communicate with Ultrasound teams
on a regular basis to ensure proper coordination of
screenings.
- Follow-up with host sites to “thank”
them and schedule future events.
- Maintain active involvement in
professional, civic, industry, and charitable events
or organizations.
- Perform other incidental and/or
related duties as required or assigned.
- Maintain a positive attitude and
appearance that corresponds with the guidelines set-forth
by Health Yes!

Qualifications:
|
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements
listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill,
and/or ability required.
- Associates degree or equivalent
from a two-year college or technical school
- Two years related experience and/or
training
- Efficient computer skills including:
MS Word, MS Excel, and internet skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent
customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a passion
for helping people.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and
able to manage a large territory.
- Ability to speak effectively in
public.
- Ability to travel frequently within
region (minimum 2 days per week). Candidate must have
reliable transportation to effectively perform the
responsibilities associated with this position.
