Responsibilities:

- Provide polite, friendly, and helpful customer service.
- Schedule appointments, process payments, and answer
questions.
- Make courtesy, reminder phone calls.
- Process and distribute results.

Qualifications:
|
|
High School Degree or equivalent. Work within a call
center a plus
• Pleasant, helpful, and positive personality
a must. You will be our customers first contact!
• Excellent communication and data entry skills.
• General computer knowledge necessary.
• Must be reliable and goal-oriented.
